Agent Sales Enablement provides AI-powered sales enablement software that automates tasks including pre-call research, CRM updates, follow-up email drafting, battle card delivery, and case study surfacing. Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis.
Access to our platform is provided following a request and onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content, software, and technology provided through our services is owned by or licensed to Agent Sales Enablement and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a separate agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Either party may terminate access to the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed before use; we do not guarantee their accuracy or suitability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Sales Enablement will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
